Get Paid Every Time Your Friends Use Peanut
One invite, ongoing rewards. Your friends use the app, you earn a share of revenue from their activity.
Most referral programs hand you a one-time payout and move on. Peanut works differently. Share a link, your friend signs up, and from that point forward you earn a share of revenue every time they use the app. Not once. Every time they make a payment. And when your friend invites their own friends, you earn from those connections too.
How Rewards Accumulate
Every time one of your referrals makes a payment through Peanut, you earn a share of the revenue that transaction generates. Each claim is typically between $0.08 and $2.40, depending on the transaction. These are frequent, small rewards that add up over time.
There is no cap on how many people you can invite. No tiers. No minimum activity to maintain. Your referral network can grow multiple levels deep: if you invite Alice and Alice invites Bob, you earn from both Alice's and Bob's activity going forward.
Rewards are funded by real activity. When your referrals make transactions, the revenue those generate funds your earnings.
Use the app regularly and your rewards take care of themselves. Here's how claiming works.
Accumulation and Claiming
Rewards accumulate automatically in your pending balance inside the app. You can see them building in the Rewards section and in your transaction history.
To claim, you make a payment as you normally would. After the payment completes, a prompt appears showing your available reward amount. Tap to claim, and it moves to your spendable balance. Any remaining pending rewards stay for next time.
This is the key difference from other referral programs: claiming is part of the payment flow. There is no separate claim button. You keep using the app, and your rewards get claimed along the way. If your pending balance is small, rewards accumulate silently until there is a meaningful amount to claim.
How It Works
- 1
Share your referral link
with a friend, a group chat, or anyone who would use Peanut.
- 2
Your friend signs up and starts using the app
They get surprise rewards on their first two payments ($0.35 on the first, $0.65 on the second). They do not know about these beforehand.
- 3
You earn a revenue share
from every payment your friend makes going forward.
- 4
Make a payment to claim
When you pay, the app prompts you to claim your accumulated rewards.
Your friend's friends count too. If they invite someone, that person's activity also generates rewards for you.
Real Scenarios
Dinner in Buenos Aires. A friend asks how you are paying with MercadoPago without a local ID. You share your Peanut referral link over the table. They set up the app that evening. Every time they scan a QR at a cafe, restaurant, or shop, you earn a small reward.
A WhatsApp group in Florianopolis. You drop your link in a group of nomads who need PIX access. A few people sign up. Each of their daily payments generates rewards that accumulate in your pending balance, ready to claim next time you make your own payment.
A coworker who sends money to family in Brazil. You mention Peanut. Every transfer they make adds to your pending rewards.
These are not one-time payouts. Each of those connections keeps generating rewards as long as they keep using the app and you keep transacting to claim.
What You Do Not Have to Do
After you share your link, the earning happens automatically. But claiming does require action: you need to make payments through the app to trigger the claim prompt.
- No daily logins to "maintain your status"
- No monthly targets to keep your rewards active
- No re-sharing or re-inviting
Your referrals' activity generates rewards. Your own payments let you claim them.
