Peanut pricing

Check the total cost before you confirm.

Peanut shows the amount and applicable conversion quote before you confirm a transaction. Costs depend on the currency and the payment method. There is no monthly app fee or minimum balance, but that does not make every transfer or conversion free.

Minimums and limits

For a blockchain deposit, use the minimum shown with your selected deposit address. Wallet withdrawal minimums include $0.50 on Arbitrum, Base and Polygon; $1 on Solana; $5 on Ethereum; and $10 on Tron. Review the current quote before sending.

Bank deposit minimums are €1 for SEPA, $1 for USD ACH or wire, €1 for EUR wire, £3 for Faster Payments and 50 MXN for SPEI. Payments into your own account details have their own minimums: €1 for EUR, £2 for GBP, 50 MXN for MXN and 100 COP for COP (COP also has a maximum of 11,552,000 COP per payment). Bank withdrawals use their own minimums: $1 USD equivalent for SEPA, $1 for ACH, $21 for a USD wire, £3 for Faster Payments and 50 MXN for SPEI.

Bank and QR access require identity verification and account eligibility. Bank access depends on verified residence; New York residents cannot use Peanut bank rails. Amount limits depend on your account and payment method. Wallet withdrawals to networks other than Arbitrum also have count limits: 10 per hour, 20 per 24 hours and 30 per 30 days. These are separate from amount limits.

Card pricing is separate

The Peanut Card is a virtual card for spending your Peanut balance wherever Visa is accepted. Identity verification is required for all cardholders, who must be 18 or older. Once you're verified in the app, apply under Profile → Card or at peanut.me/shhhhh; applications are subject to eligibility and approval. Issuance and top-ups are free, with no monthly or annual fee. Same-currency purchases have no added fee. Cross-currency purchases use the Visa exchange rate plus the 1% Visa International Service Assessment, a Visa network fee passed through to you. Applicable card fees and limits are separate from app transfer and QR costs.

FAQ

Are all Peanut transactions free?

No. Some routes have no Peanut fee, while conversions and certain wallet withdrawals have costs. Use the displayed quote for your transaction and check charges from your sending bank or exchange.

Why can the amount credited differ from what I sent?

Currency conversion and the sending service's charges can affect the result. USDC on Arbitrum credits 1:1; other supported USDC deposits and USDT use the available market rate. ETH deposits convert at the ETH market rate.

Is there one minimum withdrawal?

No. Minimums vary by bank route and network. Check the selected destination in the app.

How should I compare two quotes?

Compare the same amount, currency and destination at the same time. Include any funding, conversion and delivery costs, then compare what the recipient actually receives.
