What Transaction Limits Apply?
Limits depend on the operation, account, and route rules. The amount and route shown in the app remain authoritative.

The $2,000 monthly local-operations limit does not create bank coverage in other Latin American countries. Route minimums are separate from limits: the app shows the minimum for each bank or network selection.

Can my limit change?
Some limits or frequency caps can be reviewed by support and may require additional documents.
Does every user have the same bank eligibility?
No. Residence, verification, route rules, and account status also apply. UK residents, New York residents and residents of some restricted countries cannot open accounts.
What happens if someone pays outside these rules?
The bank returns the payment to the sender, and the app shows it as Returned. See Who can pay into my account.
