Send EUR with the exact reference. The amount can differ from your quote. SEPA deposits are 90% under 20 minutes, but the funding step can vary.

After the deposit credits, open Send, choose Create Link, enter the amount, and fund it from your balance.

The recipient opens it and claims the digital dollars. One side must complete identity verification.
