How Do I Deposit by Bank Transfer?

Bank deposits require identity verification and an eligible account. Eligibility follows your verified residence and account status, not the country where a bank happens to be located. UK residents, New York residents and residents of some restricted countries cannot use these bank routes.

Make a Bank Deposit

   Open Deposit

   Choose Bank transfer and select a currency and route offered in your app.

   Review the quote and minimum

   Check the amount, currency, all-in conversion quote, expected timing, and route minimum before continuing.

   Copy every detail

   Use the exact account name, bank details and reference shown for this deposit. The amount does not have to match: your balance is credited with what arrives, converted at the rate shown.

   Send from your bank

   Submit the transfer in the same currency. Your bank may charge a sending or wire fee.

   Keep the receipt

   If the deposit is missing after the route estimate, send support a readable receipt and reference. Support must investigate the match and cannot promise faster credit.

Current Routes

EUR, GBP, MXN, and other cross-currency deposits include conversion costs in the all-in quote. USD ACH and USD wire are same-currency routes, though a sending bank can still charge.

These details are matched on the reference. Send from a bank account in your own name (for Mexican pesos, any account can pay). Do not reuse details from an older deposit.

Be Paid by Someone Else

To be paid by an employer, a client or a friend, open an account in the app: Accounts → Open new account → Open USD account (or the currency you need). You can hold USD, EUR, GBP, MXN or COP details, two at a time. You reuse the details for every payment and need no reference, except on a COP account that shows one. Who may pay into it depends on the currency, and the app shows the rules on each account. See Who can pay into my account.
