How Do I Withdraw to a Bank Account?
Bank withdrawals require identity verification and route eligibility. Eligibility follows verified residence and account status, not the destination bank's location. UK residents and New York residents cannot use the main bank routes.
Make a Bank Withdrawal
- 1
Open Withdraw
Choose Bank transfer and select an available country, currency, and route.
- 2
Enter recipient details
Use the IBAN, routing and account number, CLABE, sort code and account number, or Colombian account details requested for that route.
- 3
Enter the amount
For euros, pounds, Mexican pesos and Colombian pesos, type the amount the bank should receive. The app shows it as "≈" because the rate can move before the transfer goes out.
- 4
Choose speed and reference
For US dollars, pick standard ACH, same-day ACH or a wire. You can add an optional reference; the app checks its length for the route.
- 5
Review before confirming
Check ownership rules, currency, minimum, any fee, all-in quote, and arrival estimate.
- 6
Confirm and save the receipt
Keep the reference until the recipient confirms settlement.
- 7
Report a missing transfer
Send support the amount, time, reference, app status, and recipient bank evidence. A failed status does not prove re-credit, and support cannot promise a refund time.
SEPA typically reaches 90% under 20 minutes and can take one business day. Standard ACH takes 1–3 business days; same-day ACH and wire arrive the same day. SPEI and Faster Payments typically settle in seconds. Colombian peso (COP) withdrawals to a Colombian bank account show their timing in the app. The current app quote controls cost and minimum.
Standard and same-day ACH have no Peanut fee. A USD wire costs $20 flat, taken from the amount sent, and needs at least $21. Cross-currency withdrawals include the conversion cost in the rate.
Eligible SEPA, ACH, SPEI, and Faster Payments routes can pay a third party. ARS withdrawal requires Argentine residence and CUIT, CUIL, or DNI, and uses the user's own account. BRL withdrawal requires Brazilian residence, CPF, and the user's own account. A third-party Pix-key payment is a separate payment flow.
FAQ
Are all bank withdrawals free?
No. Standard and same-day ACH in USD have no Peanut fee, a USD wire costs $20 flat, and cross-currency routes include the conversion cost in the rate. Review the all-in quote.
Does a failed status mean the money returned?
Not by itself. Support must compare the app status with bank settlement evidence.
