Send a supported currency from Crypto.com to the deposit address shown in Peanut. Your balance is held in digital dollars after credit. The sending platform’s processing and network confirmation happen before the deposit appears; there is no single arrival time for every route.

Before you send

Open Peanut and choose Deposit, then a currency and network. Copy the current address and check its minimum. The amount reaching that address must meet the minimum after any sending fee. A small test also needs to meet it.

Peanut does not require identity verification for a crypto deposit. Crypto.com can apply its own account, security or access requirements. Later bank and QR operations have separate verification requirements.

How to deposit from Crypto.com

   Copy your Peanut address

   Select the supported currency and network in Peanut. Copy the address for that selection; do not reuse an address from another route.

   Start the external send

   In the Crypto.com App, open Accounts → Token Wallet → Transfer → Withdraw → External Wallet. Add or select your Peanut address and choose the matching currency and network. In Crypto.com Exchange, start from Wallets and choose Withdraw for the currency; the two products have separate flows.

   Match the details

   Check the currency, network and full address against Peanut. If the exact pair is not available in both apps, stop and choose a supported option.

   Review and confirm

   Check the sending fee, amount received and minimums. Complete any security prompt required by the sending service, then confirm.

   Track the deposit

   Check the sending status, then the network transaction. Keep the transaction hash until the deposit appears in Peanut.

Using Crypto.com

A new external address can have a security lock when that feature is enabled. Follow the notice in your account. The App and Exchange may offer different currencies, networks or controls.

What Peanut accepts

These are Peanut’s supported deposit currencies, not a list of everything Crypto.com offers:

• USDC: Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, Ethereum and Solana.
• USDT: Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, Ethereum, Solana and Tron.
• ETH: supported EVM deposit routes, including Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, Polygon, Optimism, BNB Chain and Katana.

Only use a combination currently offered by both apps. Tron accepts USDT in Peanut, not USDC or ETH. BTC, SOL, DAI and other unsupported tokens are not credited and do not appear in your Peanut balance. Recovery depends on the token, network and address; it is not guaranteed.

Costs and balance credit

Peanut covers supported deposit processing. Crypto.com may charge a sending or network fee; use its current confirmation screen. Fees and minimums can change, so an old fee table cannot identify the cheapest route for your transfer. See Peanut pricing for costs after depositing.

USDC deposited on Arbitrum credits 1:1. Other supported USDC deposits, USDT and ETH use the current market rate when converted or moved into the Peanut balance. The credited amount can therefore differ from the amount sent. Deposit processing coverage does not mean all later withdrawals have the same costs.
